Lignite dryer or lignite coal dryer is a drying machine mainly used for drying lignite coal. Traditional drying method adopts centrifugal machine for dehydration, and the equipment is expensive and has low production capacity and small dehydration extend. Generally it can only reduce about 10% of the water and there is still 15%-20% of water content. Lignite rotary dryer adopts the new technology of first crushing and scattering the lignite coal and drying it with heating power, making the drying disposal of the materials realize continuity, industrialization and automation. The water content of the moist lignite coal processed by brown coal dryer can be reduced from 25%~30% to below 13%, and the moist lignite coal can be used as bunker coal, thus improving the coal washing and dressing technology and having excellent economic, social and environmental benefits.
On the condition of maintaining the quality of the lignite coal, lignite rotary dryer adopts low-temperature four-level drying technology to evaporate the water containing in the lignite coal to below 13%. The first-level drying area removes most water at the high temperature sate with 400℃ of high temperature, making sure that the chemical component of the lignite coal remains the same and that the lignite coal is not easy to burn; the second-level drying area has the indoor temperature of 300℃, it will remove the water through medium-temperature strong induced air to make sure that the lignite coal do not have coking; the third-level drying area has the indoor temperature of 120℃-210℃, and the crushing device inside the roller will repeatedly hit and scatter the materials and dry them with fair current; the fourth-level drying area is high exhaust area, and the indoor temperature is 60℃-80℃, and the water containing in the materials will be removed by the low-temperature hot airflow with negative pressure of the induced air system
Lignite dryer can be applied to drying lignite, municipal sludge, paper sludge, leather sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, chemical materials and pharmaceutical liquid fermentation residue, food fermentation, sugar residue, rosacea and chemical organic waste.

² According to the property of different materials, the running parameters of the equipment can be changed, so that the materials inside the dryer cylinder can form stable and whole section of material curtain to improve the mass and heat exchange.
² It adopts new type of feeding and discharging device, thus completely eradicating feeding blockage, incontinuity, uneven and returning charge and reducing the load of the dust collection system.
² According to the customers' requirement, it can control the product granularity and water content. The water content of the final products can reach below 8% and the granularity can be controlled to below 8mm.
