Product Introduction

Plastic dryer is a core technology industrial process. It is a kind of equipment where plastic automatically extracts materials and deydrates after being crushed and cleaned. It is mainly used as an utimate process after circular rough washing, crusher cleaning and potching to replace artificial labor. In addition, functions of first-grade cleaning and automatic high speed dewatering are added, which makes the dewatering rate reach up to 90%. In this process, aims of labor saving, efficient cleaning and power saving are realized. Meanwhile, matched with automatic conveying arrangement, the machine can form a high level automatic production line. There are two stages in the design of this machine. Raw materials are sent to the barrel in the first stage. Raw materials are lifted to the top of barrel and scattered in shape of umbrella in the second stage. Hot wind will blow upwards and penetrate raw materials, which makes dynamic drying and complete heating process conducted.
Working principle and function:
Discharging materials can be finished one time by using screw, upthrust, separate dehydration and automatic feed. The amout of throwing sheet materials reaches up to more than one ton. Especially, its unique functions of automatic feeding and discharging overcome shortcomings of traditional centrifuges which need artificially feeding and discharging. Labor force is greatly saved and working efficiency is greatly improved. at present, it is a kind of pretty advanced equpment at home.
Structure: is mainly composed of reducer, stereo type drum, engine ba
se, electric motor and electric box.

Ø Precise microdiecast aluminum shell makes smooth surface and good heat perservation.
Ø Air filter can be chosen to insure the cleaness of raw materials.
Ø Silent fan produces less noise.
Ø Windows are set on barrel and engine base, which provides convenience for supervising internal situation.
Ø Bending design of electric heating tube reduces possibilities of combustion caused by raw materials accumulation.
Ø Proportional deviation indicator is adopted to precisely control temperature.
