Seaweed dryer can dry different sized seaweed and produce them in batch. By using different feeding structure such as star-type distributor, swinging belt, crusher and pelletizer, raw materials are sent to conveyor belt which will get through a passage composed of one or more heating units. Air heater and recycle system are equipped in each heating unit. One or more dehumidification system is equipped in each passageway. When the belt conveyor is getting through, hot air will pass by materials from top to down or vice versa. In this way, raw materials will be dried evenly.
When it is operated, air will enter into the dryer and be heated by heat exchanger. After adopting scientific and reasonable method, hot air will pass by materials to be dried and uniform heat exchage will be carried out. Driven by cycle fan, the hot air stream inside each unit of the dryer will form a hot air cycle. Finally, the air with low temperature and high moisture will be discharged out. The whole drying process will be finished stablly and effectively.
Materials: It can be applied to dry materials such as garlic, cushaw, giantarum, white turnip, yam, bamboo shoot, capsicum, onion and etc.
