Product Introduction

Soil ceramic kiln is widely applications, mainly applicable to ceramic sand, yellow mud, fly ash., etc. Ceramic kiln operating temperature can generally reach 950-1050 degrees Celsius.

Structure: It consists of feeding mouth, heat source inlet, feeding end, rotary dryer, rolling ring, spring plate, discharging mouth, dust collecting pipe, fan, cyclone dust collector, air inlet pipe, chimney, gear ring, speed reducer, motor, supporting roller, supporting roller bracket and foundation.
Application: It is widely applied to ceramic sand, yellow mud and fly ash.
Working principle: There is a certain slope between the kiln body and horizontal level. The whole kiln body is supported by the supporting wheel device. Also, there is a gear wheel device which controls up and down movement of kiln body. Besides main driving device, auxiliary driving device is also installed to make sure the slow rotation of kiln body while main active power is suspended and to prevent the deformation of kiln body. Kiln head adopts clamshell seal, which ensures reliable sealing effect.
